In the end of June, 2010 the Univest-M group of companies has started realization of the II stage of construction of business and residential "Kaskad" minipolis which includes houses 2а, 2b, 2c and 2d, and also 3 multilevel parkings for 871 car places.

Apartment houses represent multistoreyed frame buildings (8-25 floors) made up from monolithic reinforced concrete with external self-bearing walls from blocks of cellular concrete.

Totally it is planned to build 532 apartments, including:

• 190 one-room (38,9 to 58 sq.m.);
• 195 two-room (60,5 to 84,6 sq.m.);
• 131 three-room (70,9 to 112,1 sq.m.);
• 6 four-room (113,6 to 145,9 sq.m.)

It is remarkable, that the 25-storeyed house 2d will be not only a high-rise accent of all "Kaskad" minipolis, but also one of the highest apartment buildings in Minsk. Two-level apartments opening a picturesque panoramic townscape of Minsk are provided on last floors of the house 2d.

Lay-out of all apartments are developed by the architect specially for the "Kaskad" minipolis and provide a new level of comfort for the future tenants.
