Background

2001

• In July 2001 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus registered Univest-M foreign private unitary production and trading Co. Ltd «Univest Consulting and Trading GmbH» (Univest-M foreign company).

2004

• Since September 2004 the Univest-M foreign company has been systematically providing support to «Dynamo-Minsk» Ice Hockey Club.

2005

• The Univest-M group of companies financially supported the construction of the Parish to Cathedral, honoured the Kazan icon of God`s Mother, placed in Okolovo village, Logoisk district, Minsk region.

2006

• In July 2006 the Minsk City Executive Committee registered Joint-Stock Company UnivestStroyInvest Ltd. (JSC UnivestStroyInvest Ltd.).
• Petroleum storage depot «Lisichki» in Gomel’ region was procured and subsequently reconstructed.
• The headquarters of the Univest-M foreign company at 3, Gikalo Street, in Minsk was inaugurated.
• The company started running «Bella Rosa».
• «SLAVINASPORT» hotel and the affiliated  «Limoncello» cafeteria were built and commissioned in Zhlobin..

2008

• Branch office 1 was established in Zhlobin on the basis of  «SLAVINASPORT» hotel and »Limoncello» trattoria.
• In July 2008 the Minsk City Executive Committee registered «Bella Rosa Rest» foreign company.
• Since September 2008 the Univest-M foreign company has been systematically providing support to «Dynamo-Minsk» Handball Club.
• Office building with «Limoncello» trattoria was erected and commissioned in B. Khmelnitskogo Street in Minsk.
• In November 2008 JSC UnivestStroyInvest Ltd. became a major stockholder of OJSC «Smolevichi Precast Concrete Factory».
