Production

Currently, the Univest-M group of companies is conducting extensive preparation for the construction of several big residential compounds. A decision was made to provide investment in the production of construction materials to optimize price formation and reduce construction period. The own building materials will allow to optimize construction processes’ logistics and provide construction quality control.

«SMOLEVICHI PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY» is a pilot project of the Univest-M group of companies in the area of construction materials’ production.

The enterprise is the largest manufacturer of ferroconcrete items and concrete products, ready-mix concrete and mortar region-wide.

The inventory of manufactured goods includes over 2,500 items, including reinforced concrete components for construction of housing and industrial buildings, armoring, and ready-mix concrete.

Compliance of quality rates of ferroconcrete items and concrete products and parameters of operating practices of production with normalized rates, indicated in standards or technical regulations for specific type items and design documentation requirements, is established in line with findings of incoming, functional and acceptance control according to the state standard specification 13015.1-81 «Precast Concrete and Ferroconcrete Structures and Products. Acceptance Rules.»

The adopted technical concept of reconstruction and re-equipment of production capacity of OJSC «Smolevichi Precast Concrete Factory» is aimed at increase in the produce’ quality, expansion of the items’ inventory, sanitation of work and ecological environment, decrease in material cost and expenditure of energy in the cost of goods manufactured.
