Trade and Entertainment Center in Brest

Drafting of the project «Trade and Entertainment Center in Brest» is currently being finalized.

The Trade and Entertainment Center will be built in Brest in the quarter, confined by the streets Leningradskaya, Gavrilova and Orlovskaya. «Vostok» micro-district, where the Trade and Entertainment Center will be situated, has favorable transport communication with the neighboring districts and is located near Moscow-Minsk-Warsaw motorway.

Presumably, the Trade and Entertainment Center will concurrently operate both as a hypermarket and a recreation center. It will meet demands for foodstuffs and consumer goods and offer a series of fun activities for the family-type entertainment of Brest’s citizens and guests.

The Trade and Entertainment Center is a three-level building, hypothetically subdivided into three parts. The total area, with account of the engineering area, makes up 72,000 m2.

The size and location of the trade and other areas will be adjusted to the requirements of anchor tenants (hypermarket, hardware store, furniture store, chain cafeteria/restaurants etc.). The center’s entertainment services will apparently include multiplex (movie theatre with several halls), bowling, billiard/pool room, fitness zone, and babyland (children’s play center). Additionally, it is planned to deploy offices on the upper floor.

The Trade and Entertainment Center will also include a high-rise hotel for 140 rooms (3-4 stars). The hotel is adjacent to the center’s right wing. It will accommodate 2 restaurants (first and twelfth floor), conference-halls and saunas. The project provides for parking places for 900 stalls.
